Maulidur Rasul vs. Valentine's Day??

Assalamualikum....

Its been a while i havent write anything here... ahakz... today is 14 Feb and tomorrow is Maulidur Rasul... so, can u catch what is exactly i wanna write?? <lolz> hm, for those non-muslims i wish u all Happy Valentine's Day.. May ur relation with some one u love will live forever... Since im a Muslimah, im not celebrating Valentine's as it related to our belief.. Everyday is Valentine's day... there are no specific facts that i could tell why we told not to celebrate it.. However, its okay... 

now, i wanna wish all Muslimin and Muslimah in this whole world Selamat Menyambut Maulidur Rasul... Alhamdulillah, i still have a chance to celebrate this event this year... May Allah bless our Prophet Muhammad SAW till the end of world... Aminn.... 

sometimes, i wonder, why people dont really celebrating this day with jot and happiness like Hari Raya Puasa?? weird isn't it?? in my point of view, this day is not the only day we should remember our Prophet... but maybe that's the only way we could give ourselves some space to rethink about what our Prophet have done to bring Islams to world's eyes.. it such a great think which happens in our Islamic History..
